YFX-25Automatic ligulas Filling machine Usage: TGX-25 automatic liquid filling machine mainly consists of filling, cork feeding, cork pressing, cap feeding, cap screwing, PLC, etc. It is cam transmission. It positions correctly and transmits steadily. The whole process includes filling, feeding cork, and screwing cap is controlled by PLC. It can be combined with the automatic injection model machine, so that the bottles can be carried to the filling device directly from the injection model machine. So the bottle can avoid being polluted and the whole process is finished under the sterile circumstance. It needn't rinse the bottles. The machine is suitable for production of small dosage such as eye washer, iodine, and medicated oil.
