Usage:
QG-II automatic production line consists of the bottle unscrambler, the flat-roofed chain conveyer
(ajusted steplessly) and an automatic filling/valve-putting/sealing 3-in-1unit. It is suitable for filling of aluminum cans, plastic bottles and glass bottles ranging from 15ml to 120ml. Each working station will close down if there is no vessel. Ensure no leakage during filling.The valve putting device can be added according to the clients' demands.It also can integrate with
the bottle rinsing machine, the oven, the labeler and the ink jet printer into a perfect production line.
